3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all charges incurred under your account
• Accept our pricing structure including fuel costs, delivery fees, and service charges

5. Delivery Requirements

For successful delivery, you must:

• Provide accurate delivery location and vehicle information
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible during the scheduled delivery window
• Be available or provide clear delivery instructions
• Ensure the vehicle's fuel tank or charging port is unlocked

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 15 minutes after placement for a full refund. After a driver has been assigned, cancellation fees may apply. Subscription refunds are handled according to the specific plan terms.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Gas & EV Dash is not responsible for:

• Vehicle damage resulting from pre-existing conditions
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Incorrect delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the user

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
